
Paul Baer
Paul Baer is an interdisciplinary scholar specializing in climate change and climate policy, with a focus on issues of equity and uncertainty. He holds a PhD from the Energy and Resoources Group at UC Berkeley, and is currently a post-doctoral scholar at the Woods Institute for the Environment at Stanford University as well as Research Director of EcoEquity. Among his recent works are “High Stakes: Designing Emissions Pathways to Reduce the Risk of Danerous Climate Change” (2006), and “The Greenhouse Development Rights Framework: The right to development in a climate constrained World" (2008).
