Peggy Shepard Listed in House Committee Hearing E&E Daily – February 25, 2019

On February 25, 2019, E&E Daily reported that WE ACT’s Co-Founder & Executive Director Peggy Shepard was providing testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Appropriations’ Subcommittee on Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies. The purpose of the hearing was to learn first-hand about environmental issues, concerns, and needs from experts in the field to help develop the budgets for the EPA and other agencies.
