Inwood Climate & Health Task Force Meeting – Create the Plan

As part of our Inwood Climate & Health Project, we are forming a Task Force of volunteers from Inwood who are interested in developing an action plan to address specific health issues driven or exacerbated by climate change in Inwood. At our community conversation on August 17, 2019, extreme heat was identified as the issue the community would like to address. And we held our kickoff meeting of the Inwood Climate & Health Task Force on August 27th, 2019, which included an educational workshop designed to strengthen each participant’s knowledge of these issues.
