June Worker Training Working Group Meeting

If you have been through one of WE ACT’s Worker Training programs and want to help create and find more good, green jobs in Northern Manhattan, then you should come join our Worker Training Working Group, which meets the second Wednesday of each month. At this month’s meeting, we are going to talk about developing a workers’ co-operative, with a special guest speaker: Omar Freilla of Green Worker Cooperatives. The meeting will be from 6:00-8:00 PM on Wednesday, June 12th at WE ACT’s New York office: 1854 Amsterdam Avenue, 2nd Floor (at 152nd Street). Please RSVP here if you plan on attending.
