Uptown Chats Presents Reopening Schools During COVID-19

Join WE ACT for an Uptown Chat on Reopening Schools During COVID-19!

WE ACT has invited New York City Councilmember Mark Levine (District 7) and Healthy Schools Network Founder & Executive Director Claire Barnett to join us for a virtual Uptown Chat from 6:00-7:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, September 1st. Our guests will share their thoughts about what it means to open schools safely and answer participant questions about reopening New York City schools during the COVID-19 pandemic.

This is an online Uptown Chat. Access information will be sent to registered attendees before the event, so be sure to register in advance. And please consider making a donation of $15 or more to help make events like this one possible in the future.

More about Uptown Chats
Uptown Chats were born out of the idea that Uptown residents need a place to connect to policymakers and leaders about our unique concerns, and that we are powerful when we come together to make change. WE ACT will bring Uptown leaders to network and engage thought leaders and public officials on topics such as energy, economic development, transportation, employment, civic engagement, parks and urban planning, social justice and more.
