Are you concerned that the development in East Harlem/El Barrio will lead to gentrification?
Are you worried that the neighborhood is losing its cultural identity?
Do you fear the impact of climate change and what another superstorm might do to the community?
If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, then you need to come to our Town Hall on Oct. 5th. We want to engage residents in a discussion on how to protect and preserve our community. Come tell us how you think we can use tools such as landmarking, arts & culture preservation, and climate resiliency to develop a campaign that will safeguard East Harlem/El Barrio.
