Anticipated panelists include Kartrina “Professor Q” Kuh, Distinguished Professor at Pace University’s Elisabeth Haub Law School and developer of the Amendment; Barbara Olshansky, celebrated Civil Rights lawyer & General Counsel at WE ACT; and a representative from the Environmental Protection Bureau of the New York Attorney General’s Office. We will discuss how the amendment was developed to court interpretations and plans for enforcement as well as the implications for environmental justice.
