Jama Joseph

Jama Joseph is the Communications Associate at WE ACT for Environmental Justice, based in WE ACT’s Federal Policy Office in Washington, DC. Jama is in charge of media relations, social media management, and content creation. He holds a degree in Communication and Media with a focus on Public Relations from Utica University. With prior experience at public relations agencies specializing in climate solutions, Jama brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role. His dedication is fueled by a deep commitment to advocating for environmental equity, social justice, and driving progressive reforms in low-income and historically marginalized communities. Outside of his Environmental Justice work, Jama enjoys playing soccer and passionately pursuing his personal project in grassroots soccer development.
