Jordana Vanderselt
Jordana Vanderselt (she/her) is the Director of Operations for the Thriving Communities Technical Assistance Center (TCTAC) at WE ACT for Environmental Justice. She co-leads the TCTAC program, which provides training and support to environmental justice communities to build capacity for navigating federal grant systems. Prior to joining WE ACT, Jordana managed an academic program for graduate students at Columbia University’s Medical Campus aimed at promoting collaborative and egalitarian health care teams that better address equitable outcomes for patients and populations. She received her MPH from Tulane University with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health, and her BA from Tulane in Environmental Studies. As a public health professional, Jordana has worked in the fields of child abuse, substance use, and sexual/reproductive health but has a broad interest in health systems change to foster a more just and equitable society.
